-To truly progress in boxing, it is important to understand the physiological demands of the sport. Not just in life but in our boxing training, periodization is a very important component of our training methodology. Our approach focuses on 3 key phases and each have a specific goal and training modality.
Foundation Phase: Fitness is crucial in boxing, so building a solid base of overall fitness, emphasizing cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, and flexibility through our boxing exercise and boxing workouts, boxers enhance their physical attributes, preparing their bodies for the stages ahead.

Boxing is a individual sport and even though you are in a group setting, you can do it at your own pace. Our boxing classes require athletes to sustain high-intensity efforts for several rounds and we usually do a 3 minute round with 1 minute rest.
